Conditions of Use

1. PRODUCTS

All products are new and are presented in their original packaging or seal.

1.1 Colors of products

All cosmetic products are marked in color and the description can be displayed with larger color zoom into the product image. Due to the color display on the monitor and depending on the settings of it there may be a slight variation of color with respect to reality. We can not accept changes or refunds because the color is not exactly the same as expected. Also, cosmetics and beauty products do not have back guarantee protected by law because of the nature of consumer goods. Refunds will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to problems with the factory or transport. For electrical products is a guarantee of 2 years covered by the manufacturer subject to conditions specified in the manual of each product.

1.2 Products userguides

Cosmetic products do not include instructions. With electrical products typically include an instruction manual in the sales package. In some cases it may even happen that we do not have manual or it is available only through the manufacturer website, in PDF format.

2. PRICES

Prices shown include vat and/or handling charges. Prices do not include shipping costs or, where appropriate, cash on delivery comission. Prices shown are valid unless and until typing error last. 3. PURCHASING PROCESS

We remind you that for your peace of mind, all our shipments are insured against theft, loss or damage.

4.3. Other destinations. Do not hesitate to consult the shipping rates and delivery times for any other destination.

VERY IMPORTANT: GIVE YOUR CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER, ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER SENT WILL BE AN EXTRA COST OF EUR 3 ADDITION OF A DELAY OF 3 DAYS IN THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.1. Bank Transfer. If you choose to transfer as payment in advance (or revenue account) you will be provided with our account numbers for payment. 5.2. Cash. COD shipments in order to pay you a messenger (cash only) at the time of delivery. The carrier charges a 3% + VAT with a minimum of 3 Euros per order for performing this service. 5.3. Credit Card. You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard through the secure payment gateway.

6. Order Status

From the "My Account" section of our website you can check at any time the status of your order. Click on "My Orders" and then check any of the following status:

- Pending: Your order has been received correctly and will be processed shortly.
- Waiting for payment: You have chosen to transfer payment and are waiting to carry out or make it effective.
- Waiting for material: The material requested is out of stock in our warehouse and we are awaiting for its arrival.
- Process: We are processing your request. In the case of payment by transfer or credit card means that your payment has been received correctly.
- Ready to ship: The request is complete and packaged, ready to be sent.
- Shipped: Your order has shipped (and it is not possible to cancel).

7. DELAYS IN SHIPPING

8. Transportation Insurance

9. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Our electrical products have the following guarantees:
