Be Good To Yourself: Cleanse face with warm water only. Place unopened sachet in hand hot water for 1 minute. Apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips, avoiding eyes and lips. Lie back, Relax and leave on for 10-15 minutes, massage gently. Rinse off with water. Pat dry. Use weekly.
