GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT
I. - PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
These provisions are aimed at regulating the use of electronic services for the sale of various goods and services offered by MAQUILLALIA SL trading company that operates through its Internet website (http://www.maquillalia.com) as retail sale of cosmetics and beauty tools.
The clauses that make up these General Terms are binding upon both parties and are integral and inseparable part of the sales contract which effectively operates when the subscription request at the request of the client, through the contracting mechanisms that will be specified later , all pursuant to the provisions of art. 1255 Civil Code, which incorporates the principle of freedom of contract and agreements between the contracting parties.
